Refund Specialist
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Refund Specialist is responsible for obtaining new clients from leads generated through our extensive marketing efforts. No cold calling is involved. You‘ll mostly be trying to close the sale over the phone by obtaining signed contracts from qualified leads. This full time permanent position calls for expertise on obtaining refunds from the government and Grants International will provide comprehensive training for the right individual.

The skills you bring include an effective teleselling voice, strong listening skills, the ability to empathize with people and respond appropriately to different customer communication styles. You can resolve objections and address rejections while acting in a self-confident, patient and helpful manner. You are customer focused, enthusiastic, personable and, most importantly, prepared to commit yourself in order to succeed. Bilingual and experience working in a family business would also be considered definite assets.

Wage + Commissions + Bonuses + Benefits!

You must be available to work some evenings and weekend days during our busy period from September 1 to December 31 each year. Vacation time is not available during this critical period. You should be prepared to support new and existing customers following the busy sales period as needed.
